You + 1 friend will stay in this room and BOTH receive all items included in the Reading Retreat (listed below).

What's included in the Reading Retreat

• 3 Night Stay @ Root River Inn
• Book + discussion guide sent ahead of the retreat date for you to read and be ready to discuss
• Book Discussion with all members at local coffee shop
• All meals (3 meals out @ restaurants, all others cooked by your host in the Bluff Country Suite)
• All retreat activities (crafts, trivia, games, etc.)
• Goodie Bag upon check-in
• Plenty of downtime for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy a good book
• optional - blind book exchange

Payment/Cancellation Policy

• 50% Deposit is due at time of purchase. The remaining 50% will be due by Aug. 5th, 2026 (3 months prior to retreat). 
• If you purchase a ticket after Aug. 5th, full price will be due at checkout.
• I will be sending out invoices via email in early July for you to pay the remaining amount.
  • Because 50% = 1 ticket for shared rooms, you can have one person pay the first time and the other ticket holder pay the second time. Just give me a heads up and I will make sure to send the invoice to the correct person :)
• Cancellations - If more than 60 days prior to retreat, you decide to cancel = you may be refunded IF I can find someone else to purchase your spot (or if you have someone you know willing to purchase your spot).  NO REFUND will be given if a replacement is unable to be found.
• If less than 60 days until the retreat, NO REFUND will be given.
  • I hate to be harsh on this, but unfortunately there is no way for me to receive refunds on my end either, so I am unable to be lenient.

*After purchasing a ticket, you will be receiving an email with a form to fill out all information for you & your roommate (dietary needs, shipping addresses, etc).
